The staff here are amazing! They are so friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. The rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the city. It's the perfect spot for breakfast or drinks, and the atmosphere is just unbeatable.

The ventilation in the bathroom didn't work, which led to some mould buildup. It would have been nice to have an extra sheet on the bed, rather than just a blanket with no cover.

Everything's great, the location is great.

The breakfasts are monotonous, but they're delicious.

We met the first light cheating while paying: a day before arriving we were informed that the price 325Euro=780TYL, but at the arriving day we were put in front of the fact that the price is 796TYL. Please be careful with exchange on the reception desk. 2.There is no stable hot water, so don't be surprised that much if you'll be stayed in shower without warm water. 3.Soundproofing is ZERO. 4.Heating system is working after your request and switch off when you are slipping and you are again going to ask for it... 5. There is no nice view. Total: the feeling is like owner of the hotel is saving on everything. Легкий развод на курсе валют при оплате. The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Blue Mosque, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

The breakfast option could be improved with a greater variety of choices.

Very good location, clean, safe. They have heater and hot water for shower. Excellent breakfast at its terrace. Wifi and internet computer all equipped. Highly recommend!

This hostel is located at the old town (Sultanahmet) and convenient to go anywhere in Istanbul. Nice and friendly atmosphere at the hostel. Managers there helped a lot with travel advise, they really did a good job to make you feel like home. The roof top terrace has a nice view facing the Marmaris sea. The breakfast there was great and it never run out of food. Warm and lovely hostel after all.

The Big Apple Hotel is perfectly located near the Blue Mosque and offers great views of the river. The staff is incredibly helpful and willing to assist with any needs. The breakfast served is delicious and substantial, providing a perfect start to the day. The hotel is also situated in the center of Istanbul, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions in the area.

The hotel does have stairs, but there is always someone available to lend a hand with carrying luggage.

The hotel was super clean and offered outstanding value for the price. It was conveniently located near various shops and attractions, making it easy to explore the area. the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, always going the extra mile to assist guests. the breakfast provided was large and delicious, offering a wide range of fresh and yummy food options.

Surely great location, close to Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi Palace, etc...It is like in the heart of the old city but the hostel location remain in a quiet and safe zone. We like the service there, their staff is friendly and nice, and thanks so much for their travel advises and all arrangements. Bed and room are clean. Friendly and easy check-in process. Breakfast was included and we never skip it, it has many variety of food choices. We travel in other cities in Turkey and their breakfast is definitely the best one. Don’t miss out the terrace too. Overall very nice stay and we would come back to stay there again.

The location was perfect, close to many sightseeings in the center of the city. The room was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and clean towels provided. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering excellent service. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, offering a great start to the day. Additionally, the hotel had a terrace bar and restaurant where I could enjoy tasty food. a wonderful experience.

The only downside was the noise from other guests, but it didn't detract too much from the overall experience.

Friendly staff, good location (near Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi etc...), very nice view at the terrace, good breakfast. They have heat and hot shower during winter. I like the cleanliness of this hostel, they have staff cleaning the hostel everyday. Great value of the money you paid with such a quality service. I will return to this same hostel after I finish traveling other cities in Turkey.
